1. Scope
This policy applies to Creator earnings generated through Collector purchases on Purplesse.
The applicable revenue share, fees and commercial terms are shown in the Creator workspace or agreed separately.
2. Payout provider
Purplesse uses an external payment and payout provider to process Creator onboarding, verification and transfers.
Creators may be required to accept the provider's terms and provide information directly to that provider.
3. Verification requirements
Payouts require complete and accurate identity, payout, tax and compliance information.
Purplesse may block payouts where verification is incomplete, expired, inconsistent or rejected.
4. Payout eligibility period
Creator earnings become eligible for payout no earlier than 30 calendar days after the relevant Collector purchase.
The waiting period allows time for refunds, payment failures, chargebacks, rights claims, fraud checks and account restrictions.
5. Available and pending balances
The Creator workspace may distinguish between gross sales, pending earnings, available earnings, paid amounts, refunds, chargebacks and adjustments.
Displayed amounts may be provisional until the payment has cleared and all applicable conditions are satisfied.
6. Fees and deductions
Purplesse may deduct the platform share, payment-processing costs, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, currency costs and other amounts disclosed in the applicable commercial terms.
The final payout amount may therefore differ from the gross Collector price.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
A refund, reversal or chargeback reduces the Creator earnings associated with the affected purchase.
Where an amount has already been paid, Purplesse may offset it against future earnings or request repayment where legally permitted.
8. Reserves and holds
Purplesse may place a reasonable reserve or payout hold where there is elevated refund risk, suspected fraud, unresolved rights claims, unusual transaction activity or an account investigation.
A hold is not a final forfeiture. Amounts will be released, adjusted or retained according to the outcome and applicable law.
9. Minimum payout and timing
Payout frequency, minimum thresholds and supported currencies may depend on the payout provider, Creator country and account configuration.
Estimated payout dates are not guaranteed where a provider review, banking delay, compliance issue or force majeure event applies.
10. Taxes and reporting
Creators are responsible for determining and meeting their own tax, registration, accounting and invoice obligations.
Purplesse or its provider may collect, report or withhold information and amounts where required by law.
11. Incorrect payout details
Creators must keep bank, payout, identity and tax information current.
Purplesse is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information, but will reasonably assist in resolving a failed payout.
12. Account restrictions and closure
Payouts may be suspended while serious policy, fraud, identity, rights or legal issues are investigated.
Closing an account does not remove valid refunds, chargebacks, reserves, tax obligations or payment-provider requirements.
Questions about these terms or policies can be sent using the contact information in the Imprint.
