Mature content may be submitted, reviewed, purchased or viewed only by adults.

Purplesse may require age confirmation, identity verification or additional evidence before allowing mature-content activity.

Every person depicted in sexual or explicitly mature content must have been an adult when the content was created.

The Creator must be able to provide reliable age and identity evidence if requested. Content is prohibited where adult status is uncertain.

Every depicted participant must have freely consented to the creation, intended use, commercial publication and distribution of the content.

Consent obtained through force, threat, deception, incapacity, intoxication or abuse of power is not valid.

Content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden cameras, coercion, sexual violence, trafficking, exploitation, bestiality or unlawful sexual activity is prohibited.

Sexual deepfakes or manipulated intimate depictions of an identifiable person without explicit consent are prohibited.

Creators must retain the permissions, releases and verification records necessary to demonstrate lawful publication.

Purplesse may request supporting evidence before publication, during review or after receiving a report.

Purplesse must not be used to arrange prostitution, escort services, sexual services, trafficking or unlawful in-person transactions.

Contact information, pricing or instructions intended to facilitate prohibited sexual services may be removed.

Mature content must be accurately declared during upload and may receive additional labels, restricted previews or blurred marketplace presentation.

Public previews must not expose explicit material outside the applicable mature-content access controls.

Collectors must confirm that they are adults before accessing mature content and must not share access with minors.

Mature access may be restricted by country, payment rules, provider requirements or applicable law.

Mature submissions are subject to enhanced review. Purplesse may reject or remove content where consent, identity, age, rights or legality cannot be established.

Access may be restricted immediately while a credible safety, consent or minor-related report is investigated.
