Purplesse is designed for authorised, intentional and high-quality visual stories that provide legitimate rare access.

Content must be lawful, accurately represented, appropriately classified and supported by the necessary rights and permissions.

Illegal content, material that facilitates crime, credible threats, exploitation, trafficking, fraud, malware, unlawful weapons activity and unlawful sale of regulated goods are prohibited.

Purplesse may report content or account information to competent authorities where legally required or necessary to prevent serious harm.

Sexual content involving minors, grooming, child exploitation material and content that sexualises or endangers minors are strictly prohibited.

Content may be rejected where a depicted person's adult status cannot be established with sufficient confidence.

Non-consensual intimate content, hidden-camera content, voyeuristic material, doxxing, unlawful disclosure of private communications and content obtained through coercion are prohibited.

Creators must respect privacy, confidentiality, personality rights and the safety of depicted or identifiable people.

Stolen images, unauthorised reposts, counterfeit materials, copyright infringement and misuse of trademarks or protected brand assets are prohibited.

Creators must be able to demonstrate ownership, licensing or another valid permission where requested.

Targeted harassment, credible intimidation, incitement to violence and content that unlawfully attacks people based on protected characteristics are prohibited.

Critical reporting, documentary material and artistic context may be assessed according to purpose, accuracy, public interest and potential harm.

Impersonation, fabricated credentials, false brand authority, deceptive pricing claims, fraudulent fundraising and manipulated evidence are prohibited.

Titles, hooks, previews and descriptions must not materially misrepresent the locked story.

Journalistic submissions must distinguish fact, allegation, opinion, reconstruction and sponsored material.

Creators must have the necessary source, publication, image and personality rights and must not present fabricated or materially altered content as authentic evidence.

Brand submissions require authority to represent the relevant brand and use its intellectual property.

Advertising, sponsorship and commercial relationships must be disclosed where required by law or platform rules.

Mature content must comply with the Mature Content Policy. AI-generated or materially AI-altered content must comply with the AI Content Policy.

A category label or AI declaration does not make otherwise prohibited content acceptable.

Purplesse may reject incomplete, misleading, duplicative, extremely low-quality or technically unusable submissions even where the content is not otherwise prohibited.

The marketplace is intended for coherent story packages rather than unrelated image dumps, spam or deceptive clickbait.

Users and affected parties may report unlawful, non-consensual, infringing or policy-violating content through the available reporting channel or the contact stated in the Imprint.

Reports should identify the content, explain the concern and include supporting information where available.

Purplesse may restrict visibility while a report is reviewed and may reject, unpublish, remove, geoblock or preserve evidence relating to content.

Enforcement decisions may consider severity, context, harm, intent, previous violations, legal obligations and cooperation by the Creator.

Where appropriate, an affected Creator may request review, provide missing rights evidence or submit a corrected version.

Purplesse may maintain a decision where continued publication would create legal, safety, trust or platform-integrity risks.
